Welcome to Tier One Window Cleaning Co. ("we," "us," or "our"). These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website (www.cleanmywindowswoodstock.ca) and our services. By accessing our site or booking services, you agree to these terms.

1. Services

We provide residential and commercial window cleaning services in Woodstock, ON, and surrounding areas.
Service details (pricing, scope) will be confirmed via email/phone before booking.
Safety: Our team reserves the right to refuse service if conditions are unsafe (e.g., extreme weather, unstable ladders provided by client).

2. Booking & Payments

Quotes: Free estimates are provided via phone/email (info@tieronewindows.ca). Quotes expire after 30 days.
Payment: Due at time of service unless otherwise agreed. We accept cash, e-transfer, and credit cards.
Cancellations: 24-hour notice required for rescheduling; late cancellations may incur a $50 fee.

3. Liability

Damage Claims: While we take utmost care, pre-existing damage must be reported before service. We are not liable for fragile or improperly installed windows.
Insurance: We carry liability insurance covering accidental damage caused by our team.
Client Responsibility: Ensure clear access to windows/power outlets; disclose pets/hazards in advance.

4. Website Use

Content: All text and logos are owned by Tier One Window Cleaning Co. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
Accuracy: We strive for up-to-date information but cannot guarantee pricing or availability errors.

5. Privacy

Your data is handled per our Privacy Policy. We do not sell customer information.

6. Complaints & Disputes
